About This Event

Welcome to the Understanding Series. This series, in short, is a chance for people to come and learn about specific mental health topics that get thrown around a lot. Today, we are going to discuss Depression.

Please understand… This is not a counseling session or service. It is a psychoeducational workshop; in other words, it is a chance to grow and learn more about the world that we or someone we know and care for is experiencing.

This workshop is meant for anyone who may know someone (yourself included) who is struggling with depression or depressive symptoms. You are more than welcome to bring whomever you'd like; however, understand that some topics may be hard to manage.

Welcome! I'm Christopher Edward. I am Black Consultant who is experienced in working with top performing athletes. I am a dual trained mental health professional, Sports & Performance Psychology and Mental Health Counseling. With training in counseling I am able to bring in some key aspects to develop your into an excellent performer. We Pursue Excellence together in a dynamic relationship.
